About Your Holiday
The countdown to your holiday has begun and it's time to get excited and start planning your holiday!
Your new holiday experience
Whether you're excited about escaping to the picturesque coastline, the first dip in the pool, or someone else doing the cooking – we’ve ensured it's safe for you to experience that holiday feeling again!

Arrivals and Check-ins
A couple of days before you are due to arrive, the park's reception team will call you and talk you through the checking in process and will give you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have.
Access to electric and non-electric pitches will be from 12 pm and camping pod accommodation will be from 4 pm onwards - but you are welcome to arrive from 9 am to explore the park and make use of the park's facilities.
If you are bringing your own accommodation this must be pitched and levelled before dusk. If you are staying in a camping pod and plan on arriving after 11 pm, please be sure to make the park's reception aware so they can discuss alternative arrangements for your key collection.

Safety measures on our holiday parks
Please find below a few of the safety measures we’ve put in place:- Cleaning measures - enhanced cleaning measures will remain in place across every touch point of our parks.
- Hand sanitiser - we have installed hand sanitising stations around our parks for you to use frequently during your stay
- Face coverings - we recommended face coverings in our indoor venues – however, it is not mandatory for our parks in England
- Contactless payment - to reduce unnecessary handling, we encourage the use of contactless payment whenever possible
