Environmental impact

Our investment in sustainability initiatives continue to reduce our carbon footprint and operate responsibly. We comply with all relevant environmental legislation issued by the local authorities, the Environment Agency, Natural England, Natural Resources Wales and The Scottish Environmental Protection Agency.

By developing our environmental management system we actively manage and monitor our energy consumption and strive to continuously improve energy efficiency.

Simpler recycling

We follow both the Simpler Recycling England regulations (March 2025) and the Welsh Waste Consistency (WWC) regulations (April 2024).

Both policies aim to make recycling easier, and end the confusion on what can and can't be recycled.

Customer focus

We ask for and monitor customer feedback to ensure we are providing the best possible experience, and reward our loyal holiday home owners through various incentive schemes and promotions.

Community engagement

We actively contribute to our local communities through partnerships, volunteering and charitable initiatives. Staff across the UK participate in local and national fundraising events throughout the year.

Supply chain transparency

We strive to ensure raw materials and consumables supplied to us are produced from an ethical and sustainable source, and transportation has a minimal impact on the environment.

BBC Children in Need

We donated to BBC Children In Need in November 2024 during a Halloween themed competition at head office.

Children in Need is the official charity of the BBC (British Broadcasting Corporation). It raises money for disadvantaged children and young people across the UK.
