Although the Government has given the green light for us to once again enjoy holidays and short breaks in the UK, we understand that the situation may change. That’s why we want you to be able to book that well-earned break or holiday, safe in the knowledge that we’ve got you covered should restrictions be re-introduced.

Our parks are now open and we have introduced a range of social distancing and hygiene protocols to keep our staff and guests safe. Our bars and restaurants are open and we will be offering seated service.

We now offer an online food and drink ordering system at all of our restaurants. Additionally, our shops and limited takeaway services will be available at most of our parks. 

We will also be offering FREE Superfast Wi-Fi in your accommodation if facilities or entertainment are not available during your stay.

If our parks are closed due to government restrictions, you have a choice:

  • Move your holiday to another date with no admin charge and enjoy a 20% discount off the price of your new holiday
  • Put your plans on hold until you have decided on a new date. You will also enjoy a 20% discount off the price of your new holiday, when you re-book
  • Cancel your holiday and request a refund of all monies paid. Unfortunately, you will not be able to claim a 20% discount if you decide to re-book for a later date

If you or a member of your party are presenting Covid-19 symptoms or need to self-isolate you must not travel. We strongly recommend purchasing our Cancellation Protection Plan at just £10 for a 3 or 4 night break or £20 for 7 night holidays or longer.

What happens if travel restrictions are still in place?

If you are unable to visit us due to government travel restrictions, we will either refund you in full or transfer your booking to a later date.

What happens if holiday parks are open but facilities remain closed?

If we re-open our parks on an accommodation-only basis, you will be notified and given the option to either continue with your holiday, cancel with a full refund or re-book for a later date. If you choose to continue with your holiday, we will provide FREE Superfast Wi-Fi in your accommodation, which will be available on up to 10 devices.

I have been told to self-isolate, what do I do?

If you or a member of your party has been told to self-isolate you must not take your holiday with us during your period of isolation and will need to contact us at the soonest possible time to discuss your options. We strongly recommend you take out our Cancellation Protection Plan at the time of booking which will protect your holiday for a refund should you need to cancel. 

Should I pay my outstanding balance?

Yes, full payment is due no later than 30 days before your arrival date. Please be assured, if park closures are extended and your booking is cancelled, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered the option to re-book for a new date with no administration fee or cancel with a full refund.

What safety measures have you put in place?

We have introduced additional procedures, including contact-less check-in, sanitising stations and deep cleaning of accommodation to ensure a safe stay for all. For more information, please see our page, keeping you safe on holiday.

How do I claim my 20% discount?

If you choose to re-book, you can claim your 20% discount by emailing your chosen date to HolidaySupport@ParkHolidays.com and quoting your booking refernce number, one of our advisors will then contact you to discuss your new holiday. Please note, this discount can be claimed up to 90 days after your original arrival date and is valid on any park, date, duration or accommodation during the 2020 and 2021 holiday season. Minimum price points apply.
