How does it work?

Our flexible letting allows you to be in control of when you let. We can't guarantee the amount of bookings you will receive, but your income will be paid on a monthly basis when your holiday home is let out.


We'll handle everything

Unlike renting privately, you can relax while we take care of every detail of letting out your holiday home. Our experienced team takes charge of making sure your holiday home is occupied for the dates you have agreed to, and that your guests have the best experience. When letting with us on a flexible basis, we'll give you a fixed fee when your holiday home is rented out, so you'll always know what you can earn.

The letting service is unavailable at Beauport, Burghead, Oaklands, Newhaven, and West Mersea Holiday Parks.

Superfast Internet

It is now a requirement to have Superfast Internet available in your holiday home to benefit from our letting service. Speak to us to find out how you can get free installation - the cost of the service is added to your Pitch Fees.

Terms and Conditions

Earnings will vary by grade and by park. The final grading decision of any Holiday Home lies with the Holiday Services Manager and will vary dependant on make/model. Decking for platinum grades is now also subject to a minimum size. The letting service is unavailable at Beauport, Burghead, Oaklands, Newhaven, and West Mersea Holiday Parks. Peak weekly earnings are quoted based on the lowest weekly earnings at Dovercourt Holiday Park for a 2 bed caravan holiday home, and the highest weekly earnings at Pevensey Bay Holiday Park for a 3 bed holiday home during the period of one week beginning 11/08/2024.
