Suffolk Holiday Homes - Static Caravans and Lodges for sale

Welcome to Suffolk, also known as Constable Country! John Constable knew a great location when he saw (and painted) one, and you will too when you look at Suffolk for your holiday home or luxury lodge.

Suffolk features wonderful countryside, a stunning coastline, and a climate which offers some of the driest weather in England; a perfect location for your static caravan or lodge by the sea.

Suffolk is one of the most beautiful counties in the UK surrounded by 50 miles of glorious coastline and full of charming villages and medieval towns to explore. One of the most popular destinations is the traditional coastal resort of Aldeburgh, famous for its connection with Benjamin Britten and characterised by the rows of 19th century holiday villas lining the promenade.

The town has a superb range of shops and boutiques, as well as famous landmarks including the iconic Martello Tower, built to keep the invading Napoleonic armies at bay.

We have two parks in Felixstowe and each offers a wide range of static caravans and lodges for sale. Near our two parks at Felixstowe the promenade along the seafront stretches out across 4 miles of sandy beaches decorated all the way by colourful beach huts. On the cliffs between the town centre and beach, you’ll find the newly restored Seafront Gardens, and get to uncover the many historical features via the Heritage Trail. Over at Ocean Boulevard on Sea Road, the kids can enjoy many activities; from aqua boating and go karts to the Railroad Express mini train ride and giant inflatable slide. And, no trip to Felixstowe would be complete without a trip to the famous Manning’s Amusements with a funfair, magical golf, ten pin bowling and family arcade.

Another place to visit is Ipswich; England’s oldest continually inhabited town and home to a cutting-edge culture scene. Christchurch Mansion and the Wolsey Art Gallery holds the most significant collection of Aldeburgh Constable (there he is again!) and Gainsborough paintings outside of London as well as a historic collection of China. In Ipswich museum, there is an incredible collection of local Anglo-Saxon artifacts along with relics from Ancient Egypt and stunning natural history exhibits - a must-see for history fans.

Ipswich also hosts a number of festivals and special events throughout the year, including the biennial Maritime Festival celebrating over 1000 years of maritime history with boat trips, a fairground and huge firework displays. The PULSE Festival brings performance art and drama to the town. There is also the Indian Summer Mela, African Global Rhythm festival and German Oktoberfest to enjoy. Steins at the ready!

Everyone likes the sun to shine and, as we mentioned, the Suffolk region enjoys some of the lowest rainfall in Britain! Along with fabulous Blue Flag beaches and extensive coastline it’s even more reason to base your new holiday home here.

So pay a visit to one of our 4 Suffolk parks – we have a huge variety of static caravans for sale along with a selection of fantastic luxury lodges. Any of our parks would make a perfect spot for your new holiday home.
