    You can book online by following the simple steps, or you can call our Reservations Team on 0343 178 7077 and book over the phone.

    Touring breaks can begin and finish on any day of the week.

  • What are the check-in times for Touring and Camping holidays? Miscellaneous, Touring & Camping

    You can check in any time from 12pm to dusk, check out is any time prior to 11am on the day of departure.

  • How can I pay for my Holiday? Miscellaneous, Touring & Camping

    You can pay by debit/credit card either online or over the telephone, some customers prefer to pay instalments monthly and this is fine, please note that if your holiday is less than 30 days away we will request payment in full. You can also manage your booking payments online.

  • Are the prices the same on the website as they are through the call centre? Miscellaneous, Touring & Camping

    Yes, the prices you see online will feature our latest discounts and are the same as when you book over the phone. This means you can book in the confidence that you will receive the same great price however you choose to book.

  • Is there a minimum age requirement for booking? Miscellaneous, Touring & Camping

    We are unable to accept bookings from anyone under the age of 18. Where half or more of your party is aged between 17 and 25 you must tell us when you book by calling our Reservations Team on 0343 178 7077.

  • Do you accept bookings from all male/female parties? Miscellaneous, Touring & Camping

    Our Parks are family orientated and therefore do not cater for large groups of all male/female parties. Where the party is aged between 17 and 25 you must tell us when you book. Please note we retain the right to cancel any bookings made that breach these conditions.

  • Can I bring my pet? Miscellaneous, Touring & Camping

    We welcome pets in all our Touring parks. There is a small charge of £1 per pet per day, with a maximum of two pets. Registered assistance Dogs are accepted free of charge.

    Please note that dogs must wear a collar and identity tag and be kept on a lead at all times. They must not be left in accommodation unattended. Dogs and other pets are not allowed in the Park buildings or pool areas. If a dog is proving to be a nuisance we reserve the right to require the owner to remove the dog from the Park. The following dogs are not permitted on our Parks: Pit-bull Terrier, Dogo Argentino, Fila Brasileiro and Japanese Tosa. Other pets may be permitted at the discretion of the Park General Manager.

  • What are the benefits of taking out the Cancellation cover? Miscellaneous, Touring & Camping

    It means that if you cancel for a qualifying reason such as serious injury, illness, admission to hospital, redundancy or jury service, you will be entitled to a partial refund, without cancellation plan you will forfeit most or all of the money.     The lead on the booking may request the cancellation of their holiday by emailing our holiday support team on or by post to: Holiday Support, Park Holidays UK, Glovers House, Glovers End, Bexhill-On-Sea, TN39 5ES. Please include the following information that will be on the booking: Booking Reference Number, Address, Contact Number, Full name, Arrival date, Park, and the reason for cancelling.

    The parks that offer camping are: Seaview, Marlie, New Beach, Carlton Meres, Steeple Bay, Golden Sands (restricted dates only, Camping Only), Birchington Vale

    A map of the park can be found on the right hand side of our website on an individual park webpage. A hard copy will also be given to you in your welcome pack on arrival.

    Our touring parks offer Non-electric grass pitches, Electric grass pitches and Hard standing electric pitches. Please feel free to check the current availability online or contact our Reservations Team on 0343 178 7077 for more information and prices.

  • What pitch sizes do you offer? Miscellaneous, Touring & Camping

    Our pitches are 6m x 6m, please advise what size you are bringing at the time of booking.

  • My tent/tourer is bigger than the pitch sizes you advise, what shall I do? Miscellaneous, Touring & Camping

    You will need to contact our Reservations Team on 0343 178 7077 in the event that your tent/ tourer is bigger than the size advised prior to booking.

  • Does a pup tent need to be added on as an extra even if all fit within the pitch size? Miscellaneous, Touring & Camping

    Yes, all additional extras will need to be added onto your booking even if it fits on one pitch.

  • Do you provide tents, hooks and guy ropes? Miscellaneous, Touring & Camping

    We do not provide any camping equipment, you will need to bring or hire your own.

  • Can you have more than 1 tent on 1 pitch if it’s within the size limit? Miscellaneous, Touring & Camping

    No, unfortunately we only allow 1 tent per pitch. Please note maximum party size is 10 people.

  • Can I park next to the tent/pitch? Miscellaneous, Touring & Camping

    We cannot guarantee parking right next to your pitch but camping parks do offer close parking facilities, to find out more information on this please contact our Reservations Team on 0343 178 7077 to confirm your requirements.

  • How many cars are included in the price? Miscellaneous, Touring & Camping

    One car is included within the booking price. Additional cars can be added at an extra cost.

  • Is there a limit to how many people can stay on one pitch? Miscellaneous, Touring & Camping

    We allow up to 10 people on 1 pitch. Any additional guests will need to book another pitch, which can be confirmed on our website or by contacting our Reservations Team on 0343 178 7077. Remember there is a charge for each additional person.

  • How do we use our ACSI discount? Miscellaneous, Touring & Camping

    ACSI members must book on arrival with the park direct; you cannot pre-book and will only be able to confirm if there is any allocation upon arrival. Parks that will accept ACSI discounts are Marlie, Birchington Vale, and Seaview.

  • Do we get a discount if we are part of the caravan and camping club? Miscellaneous, Touring & Camping

    Unfortunately we do not offer any discount for caravan and camping club members.

  • Do you have to book and pay in advance or can I just turn up and pay on arrival? Miscellaneous, Touring & Camping

    All holidays must be booked and paid in full 30 days prior to arrival. We do not accept payment on arrival.

  • What amp is the electric hook-up? Miscellaneous, Touring & Camping

    We offer a 16 amp hook-up on all pitches.

  • Do you allow commercial vehicles? Miscellaneous, Touring & Camping

    Unfortunately we do not allow any commercial vehicles to park on site.

    Yes all our parks offer a chemical disposal area.

    Yes you can, we offer flexible arrival and departure days (subject to availability) so that you can make the most of your say. Whether you want to arrive early to ‘beat the traffic’ or stay for longer as you just don’t want to leave we will do our best to accommodate your requests.   • What entertainment can I expect on park? Miscellaneous, Touring & Camping

    All touring parks offer a range of family entertainment every evening in the clubhouse. Entertainment varies from park to park, and you will receive an entertainment guide when you arrive on park. In addition to this you can also download our Park Holidays App, from the apple and android store, which will keep you up to date on everything that’s happening during your stay.   • Can Children attend the Kids Clubs without the Parents? Miscellaneous, Touring & Camping

    No, they are not a Child minding facility and as such they should be accompanied. In our Swimming pools, children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult.

  • Can I use another Parks facilities whilst staying at another? Miscellaneous, Touring & Camping

    Yes you can, subject to availability, we have several Park Holidays sites in the same areas and as such you can use the facilities at both. Just remember to take your entertainment passes with you.

  • Can I use the fishing lakes at your Parks? Miscellaneous, Touring & Camping

    A rod licence is a statutory requirement for anyone 12 years or over who wishes to fish in inland waters in England and Wales. These can be purchased online from the Environment Agency website directly, or from the Post Office. In addition, you may need a fishing permit (sometimes referred to as a day ticket) which gives permission to fish on a particular water or waters and is issued by Reception. Some charges may apply, check with the individual Park for further details.

  • Can we have BBQ’s on the park? Miscellaneous, Touring & Camping

    We allow both disposable and freestanding BBQ’s however these must be off the ground. Please note the disposable BBQs would need to be extinguished thoroughly and left to cool down before throwing away.

  • How far is my park from the beach/nearest town? Miscellaneous, Touring & Camping

    Each individual park differs according to location. Please check the dedicated park page for more details on location and nearby facilities.

  • Where can I eat at your Holiday Parks? Miscellaneous, Touring & Camping

    Each Touring park has a clubhouse that offers a wide variety of food. Please see our Half Board options here.
