We recommend booking your appointment in advance to ensure we have a dedicated holiday home advisor available for your visit. 

If however, you aren’t ready to visit just yet, then why not enjoy a virtual tour of some holiday homes and even park facilities from the comfort of your home? All of our virtual tours are easy to view on a smartphone or computer.

Our VIP appointment service is an additional step we take to ensure that your next visit to our park will exceed your expectations.

How does the  appointment service work?
It's simple. Let us do all the work for you!

Select a date and time for your visit, and give us an idea of what you'd like to see. Your holiday home ownership advisor will contact you to verify your appointment with our Sales Manager. When you arrive for your Appointment, you'll liaise directly with our Sales Manager to get all of the information that you need.

Committed to keeping you safe

We want to reassure you that we are focussed on keeping you safe when visiting our parks. To do this we have:

  • Ensured masks and gloves are available for our staff and our visitors.
  • Provided Hand Sanitiser stations around the park and on entrances to sales offices and reception.
  • Invested in temperature equipment to monitor the health of our staff
  • Park tours will take place on foot or via individual vehicles
  • Viewings may be limited and will be carried out by a dedicated holiday home ownership advisor.
  • Introduced an open door policy on our showground to limit contact along with regular sanitising of our holiday homes for sale.

Do I need to prepare for my appointment?

The simple answer is ‘no’, but here are some tips to make your visit to the park more enjoyable and informative:

Think about who may be using your holiday home - A 3 bedroom model may suit your family or you may prefer more living space and larger bedrooms with a 2 bedroom holiday home. We will guide you through all the important decisions but it’s helpful to think about the important choices ahead of your visit.

Bring your family with you - Everyone who will be using the holiday home regularly should join you on your visit as it’s important to us that everyone is happy.**

Make a day of your park visit - You are welcome to use our facilities all day – including our swimming pool. You may also want to explore the local area after your visit – ask us to recommend the best places to visit.**

Make a note of the journey time - You’ll want to visit your holiday home as often as you can or are you planning to stay for longer periods so the journey time is less important.

Have a budget in mind - This could be a lump sum or a monthly payment if you want to take advantage of our finance offers. Your advisor will carefully explain the running costs during your visit.

It’s a good idea to bring 2 forms of identification with you* - We will need this if you find the perfect holiday home and want to purchase during your visit.

Expect to enjoy your day - Owning a caravan or lodge is all about enjoyment so we will make sure your park visit is very enjoyable.

*Acceptable forms of ID include Passport, Driving licence and utility bills.

** Please note that we are currently adhering to government social distancing guidelines and so we can only accept visits from a single household and access to our facilities is restricted until further notice.
