Your new holiday experience
Whether you're excited about escaping to picturesque coastline, the first dip in the pool, or someone else doing the cooking – we’ve ensured it safe for you to experience that holiday feeling again!
Arrivals and Check-ins
In advance of your arrival date, you’ll be given a dedicated check-in time. Check-in will either be done at reception, ensuring social distancing is always maintained or by a drive through service.
New measures on our holiday parks
Health and safety remains our top priority. As you’d expect, our holidays are going to be a little different to before but everything we are introducing is with your safety, and our staff’s safety in mind.
All of our lodge, holiday home and camping pod accommodation is at least 5 meters apart – giving you plenty of space to spend outdoors and stay the required distance from other guests. All accommodation will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitised, before every arrival.
Our restaurants now offer a click and collect or sit-down only service via our brand new online ordering system; so just sit back and relax, and let us do the leg-work for you.
Shows and activities
We pride ourselves on our entertainment and that hasn’t changed! However, some of our shows shows have been adapted to adhere to the latest government guidelines.
With a fantastic selection of facilities and activities available at most of our parks, we’ve changed the way we operate to ensure the safety of our guests, this includes bookable slots and limiting the number of guests per sesssion.
