Keeping you safe on holiday

For your peace of mind, here are just some of the reasons why you can enjoy a holiday without the fear of illness.

  • All of our holiday caravans and lodges are at least 5 meters apart – our accommodation is great for social distancing
  • Guests have their own private kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and lounge area – some even have private decking
  • Check-in will be carried out either via e-mail or as a drive-through service
  • Our staff will wear PPE and be temperature tested using our infra-red thermometers as they arrive for work
  • Hand sanitising stations will be widely available
  • Accommodation will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before every arrival. We have disinfectant fogging machines which covers all surfaces with a fine mist to help this procedure
  • Bed linen will be provided in sealed packs before you arrive
  • Our on-site shops will operate strict social distancing and floor markings to help
  • Our bars and restaurants will initially remain closed until the government advise it is safe to re-open so we will be offering a take-away or food delivery service where we can
  • Our shops will accept pre-orders for items such as fresh bread and pastries
