In preparation for the 2025 season, we have made significant investments in our parks to ensure a fantastic experience for our owners ans visitors.

• Scotland
• Silver Sands Holiday Park now features a lovely new reception area that is warm and welcoming. There’s also a modern sales office to help guests find their perfect holiday homes.
• Cornwall
• Par Sands Coastal Holiday Park has a a new steam room, an updated pool area and improved changing rooms for a more comfortable visit.
• Dorset
• Sandhills Coastal Retreat has a cosy owners' lounge with soft seating and warm lighting, making it a great place to relax. The reception area has been brightened up with new lighting, artwork and upgraded toilets.
• Wales
• Brynteg Country & Leisure Retreat features a stylish new reception with comfortable seating to ensure a warm welcome. The sales office is now easier to use, equipped with new technology to assist potential holiday homeowners.
• Hampshire
• Solent Breezes Holiday Park has a refreshed reception area with modern decor and a well-stocked shop for essentials. The sales office has been upgraded to help guests find their ideal holiday home more easily.
• Kent
• Alberta Holiday Park features a stylish new reception with comfortable seating to ensure a warm welcome. The sales office is now easier to use, equipped with new technology to assist potential holiday homeowners.
• Harts Holiday Park features a redesigned sales office for a relaxing environment where guests can find their ideal holiday home.
• Northumberland
• Amble Links Coastal Holiday Park has updated its leisure reception area, now featuring comfortable seating—perfect for meeting friends over coffee.
• Sussex
• Winchelsea Sands Holiday Park includes a freshly painted restaurant and bar area, making it a more relaxing space for dining.
• Beauport Holiday Park has a new look restaurant and clubhouse with charming countryside decor and inviting seating.
• Suffolk
• Broadland Sands Holiday Park now features a new pizza oven and pizza counter, serving a variety of tasty pizzas for quick meals or family gatherings.
• Yorkshire
• Sand Le Mere Holiday Park has improved its changing rooms for a better swimming pool experience.
• New children’s playgrounds
• New children's playgrounds will be added at several parks, providing fun and safe areas for kids of all ages. These playground will be located at Rye Harbour, Sandhills, Marlie, New Beach and New Beach.
• New accommodations
• To enhance your holiday experience, over 300 new accommodations will be available across our parks in 2025. These include comfortable static caravans with 2 or 3 bedrooms, open-plan living spaces and fully equipped kitchens.
• Holiday home developments
• We are excited to introduce our brand new holiday home developments in exclusive on-park locations, now available to reserve! With limited availability and high demand, these stunning pitches won’t last long.

We invested significantly in our parks for the 2024 season to ensure that our visitors have an amazing experience.

• Sussex
• Rye Harbour Holiday Park in Rye, Sussex now features a brand new, fully refurbished luxury indoor pool, steam room and gym. Additionally, there is a contemporary restaurant and bar, as well as a revamped reception area, sales office and shop.
• Northumberland
• Amble Links Coastal Retreat in Northumberland has undergone a refurbishment of the bar and dining area, creating a relaxed and cosy environment for the 2024 season.
• Suffolk
• Carlton Meres Holiday Park in Saxmundham now has a new-look complex featuring comfortable new furniture and contemporary festoon lighting.
• Kent
• Marlie Holiday Park in New Romney has refurbished the bar and entertainment area. The space now features high-level fixed seating, new and refurbished furniture, lighting, new screens and artwork.
• Birchington Vale Holiday Park in Birchington has made improvements to the entertainment complex.
• Cornwall
• Oyster Bay Coastal Retreat in Goonhavern will have a luxury steam room added to further enhance the 5-star accredited experience for the 2024 season.
• Essex
• St Osyth Beach Holidays Parks in Clacton will have a new multi-use games area and play park.
• Dovercourt Holiday Park has a new-look bar, arcade and entertainment venue, offering a plethora of entertainment option.
• West Mersea Holiday Park in Colchester will have an enhanced bar and restaurant with a range of revitalising updates.
• Seawick Holiday Park in Clacton-on-Sea now has new changing rooms in the swimming pool area.

In 2023, we made substantial investments in our parks, ranging from state-of-the-art leisure facilities and renovated restaurants to brand-new holiday apartments and a variety of other improvements in between.

• Cornwall
• Hengar Manor Holiday Park in Bodmin has a beautifully renovated indoor swimming pool, in addition to their recently refurbished complex last year.
• Bodmin Holiday Park in Bodmin had a brand new luxury indoor swimming pool, restaurant and refurbished holiday chalets.
• Devon
• Hedley Wood Holiday Park in Holsworthy had a brand new leisure venue. This upgrade includes a brand-new indoor swimming pool, a modern bar and a restaurant with a raised terrace.
• Waterside Holiday Park in Paignton now features a brand-new venue with an indoor pool, jet pool, bar and restaurant. The bar and restaurant have also been revamped and two new premium holiday apartments have been added.
• Golden Sands Holiday Park in Dawlish has undergone a full refurbishment, including the clubhouse, entertainment area, arcade and drinking and dining area.
• Essex
• Dovercourt Holiday Park in Harwich now offers a brand-new indoor activity area, which includes soft play and crafts, a climbing wall and a shop.
• St Osyth Beach Holiday Park in Clacton on Sea has an impressive new leisure venue with an indoor pool, splash area and flume. Additionally, a brand-new bar, restaurant and entertainment venue have been added.
• Seawick Holiday Park in Clacton has a newly designed reception area and shop.
• Kent
• New Beach Holiday Park in Dymchurch now boasts a new-look Neptune pub and carvery, featuring fantastic new features and furnishings.
• Harts Holiday Park in Isle of Sheppey has a revamped bar and restaurant.
• Scotland
• Silver Sands Holiday Park in Lossiemouth, Moray now offers a beautifully refurbished indoor swimming pool and gym.
• Suffolk
• Carlton Meres Holiday Park in Saxmundham has a new-look reception area, sales office and revamped shop.

• Chichester Lakeside in Chichester has undergone a full refurbishment of its leisure venue. This includes a brand-new indoor swimming pool with a splash zone, as well as a fully refurbished clubhouse, entertainment area, arcade and drinking and dining area.
• Pevensey Bay Holiday Park in Pevensey now has a new-look reception area and a revamped shop.
• Yorkshire
• Bowland Fell Holiday Park in Yorkshire Dales, North Yorkshire has a revamped barn and restaurant. Additionally, stunning premium holiday apartments have been added for a memorable stay.

  • Fully refurbished indoor swimming pool with a fun-time flume and brand-new equipment for the adventure playground at Felixstowe beach holiday park in Felixstowe.
  • Full refurbishment and extension to Broadland Sands Holiday Park's clubhouse in Lowestoft, which included a new reception area and a new-look holiday home ownership sales office.

  • A new-look clubhouses at Coghurst Hall Holiday Park in Hastings.
  • Yorkshire
  • Full refurbishment to the venue at Sand Le Mere Holiday Park in Tunstall with fully refurbished clubhouse, entertainment area, arcade and drinking and dining area.
