Lovely site.

Rye holiday park was fantastic. Reception staff very friendly and welcoming. Bar staff were friendly and efficient. The park was clean and tidy, and our caravan was lovely. Loved our stay so much We have booked again.

Customer service was excellent throughout. The staff at reception at Rye Harbour were so welcoming and helpful. The site is so attractive and well maintained. The caravan we stayed in was absolutely spotless...the cleaners had done an amazing job..thank you. We will definitely be coming back.

Booked on line, after choosing camp site we wanted. Managed to get the lodge to suit our needs for weekend we wanted. Booking process was straight forward and confirmation was received very quickly. Have stayed previously at different sites with Park Holidays, so know information provided re camp sites is always accurate and up to date.

Great location, beautiful accommodation

Service was amazing from start to finish. Accommodation was really lovely, my only negative would be the spider webs & the hoover was broken so I was not able to clean up to the standard I would like to after our stay.

weekend in Rye

It was a lovely site. Only thing I have a complaint about is that the road to the site was being renewed with works starting at 7.30 pm on the day we arrived. The road was closed and I had to plead with the manager to let us through as we weren't arriving until 11.30 pm. He advised me that they had notified Rye Harbour Park but no-one advised us

Nice quiet weekend the wife the dog and me

Very clean camp, very well organised, staff on the ball and proactive, I had a WiFi problem it was sorted with no fuss, and a friendly attitude which seems to be lacking with most of today's society.

Winchelsea caravan park

From the moment we arrived the site staff were friendly and helpful. We had a gold caravan and very happy . Clean and fresh. Unfortunately when I arrived home I discovered that I had left a huge bag of toys under my youngest daughter’s bed whom is autistic. I called the park immediately and was assured not to worry as they would go and retrieve the bag of toys and leave in reception for collection. The site is very quiet and peaceful , so if your looking for a laid back relaxing holiday .. this park is for you .We had a lovely weeks break and will def be booking again.
