For more than 40 years, Park Holidays has been making holidays special for guests and owners.
With more than 50 parks in the best coastal and countryside destinations across the UK, we offer quality caravan holidays, touring breaks and ownership opportunities. Locations feature swimming pools, bars and restaurants, and live entertainment at selected parks.

Park Holidays UK was established in 1984 as a family business by Peter Bull and Jim Watson. Our first park was Frenchman’s Beach in East Sussex, still a part of the Park Holidays family today (as Rye Harbour).
The business expanded with more parks in the East Sussex and Kent area, joining the group then known as Cinque Ports Leisure — a name chosen to honour the port towns that helped defend the UK during the Napoleonic Wars.
