Your safety is extremely important to us, which is why we have invested heavily in our holidays to ensure social distancing is maintained, frequent enhanced cleaning procedures are carried out and our facilities and entertainment can still run with full effect – we’re confident that our Book with confidence coronavirus guarantee, and the measures we’ve put in place, will keep everyone safe and happy.

What’s more, we have added hundreds of holiday dates, with many parks extending their holiday season until December to ensure everyone gets a chance to have the great-value holiday they deserve!

Groups of more than 6

The Government has passed new legislation that restricts gatherings of people to a maximum of six either indoors or outdoors. This legislation comes into effect on Monday 14th September. Exemptions will apply for people living in the same household or support bubble only (for more information on this, please see the government website).

Guests who are affected by this new legislation and do not qualify under one of the few exemptions, have the option to:

In advance of your arrival date, you’ll be given a dedicated check-in time. Check-in will either be done at reception, ensuring social distancing is always maintained or by a drive through service.

Health and safety remains our top priority. As you’d expect, our holidays are going to be a little different to before but everything we are introducing is with your safety, and our staff’s safety in mind.

All of our lodge and holiday home accommodation is at least 5 meters apart – giving you plenty of space to spend outdoors and stay the required distance from other guests. All accommodation will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitised, before every arrival.

Our restaurants now offer a click and collect or sit-down only service via our brand new online ordering system; so just sit back and relax, and let us do the leg-work for you.

We pride ourselves on our entertainment and that hasn’t changed! However, some of our shows shows have been adapted to adhere to the latest government guidelines.

Guests have their own private facilities including, kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, lounge area and some even have private decking

Our staff will wear PPE where appropriate and be temperature tested using our infra-red thermometers as they arrive for work

All Bed linen will be freshly laundered at a high temperature of over 70 degrees Celsius according to World Health Organization (WHO) recommendation.

Communal areas such as toilet and shower facilities will remain open to touring and camping pod guests but will close for 1 hour twice a day to allow for additional cleaning

For your peace of mind, our bars and restaurants will operate on a sit-down only service, with takeaway options available.

Our shops will accept pre-orders for items such as fresh bread and pastries

Frequently Asked Questions

What happens if travel restrictions are still in place?

If you are unable to visit us due to government travel restrictions, we will either refund you in full or transfer your booking to a later date.

What happens if holiday parks are open but facilities remain closed?

If we re-open our parks on an accommodation-only basis, you will be notified and given the option to either continue with your holiday, cancel with a full refund or re-book for a later date.

If you choose to continue with your holiday, we will provide FREE Superfast Wi-Fi in your accommodation, which will be available on up to 10 devices.

I have been told to self-isolate, what should I do?

If you or a member of your party has been told to self-isolate, you MUST NOT take your holiday with us during your period of isolation and will need to contact us at the soonest possible time to discuss your options.

What if I start showing signs or symptoms of covid-19 before my holiday?

If you or a member of your party are showing signs or symptoms of covid-19 or have been diagnosed with covid-19, you must not take your holiday, and should contact us as soon as possible to discuss your options.

Should I pay my outstanding balance?

Yes, full payment is due no later than 30 days before your arrival date. Please be assured, if park closures are extended and your booking is cancelled, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered the option to re-book for a new date with no administration fee or cancel with a full refund.

What safety measures have you put in place?

We have introduced additional procedures, including contact-less check-in, sanitising stations and deep cleaning of accommodation to ensure a safe stay for all.

Should I still take out the Cancellation Protection Plan?

Yes, we still recommend you take out the Cancellation Protection Plan at the time of booking to ensure that you do not lose the sums you have paid to us in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
