A couple of days before you are due to arrive, the park's reception team will call you and talk you through the checking in process and will give you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have.

Access to your accommodation will be from 4pm onwards, unless an early check-in has been booked prior to arrival.

We’re no longer legally required to record contact details for Track and Trace, however we will continue to display QR codes and scanning is now voluntary.

If you plan on arriving after 11pm, please be sure to make the park's reception aware so they can discuss alternative arrangements for your key collection

New measures on our holiday parks

Safety measures on our holiday parks

We have worked hard to ensure you feel safe and we will continue to do so, whilst lockdown restrictions have been lifted.

Please find below a few of the safety measures we’ve put in place:

  • Cleaning measures - enhanced cleaning measures will remain in place across every touch point of our parks.
  • Hand sanitiser - we have installed hand sanitising stations around our parks for you to use frequently during your stay
  • Face coverings - we recommended face coverings in our indoor venues – however, it is not mandatory
  • Contactless payment - to reduce unnecessary handling, we encourage the use of contactless payment whenever possible

We want our guests to feel safe in their holiday homes so we have introduced new cleaning standards and retrained our team - which means all our accommodation is cleaned to the same high standard.

Early Check-in

For those looking for a quiet and speedy check-in, for a small charge of £15 we will ensure the accommodation is ready for your arrival at 2pm.

Superfast Internet in your acccommodation

Stay online in your holiday accommodation with our Superfast Internet* and register up to 10 devices with speeds up to 30mb, and unlimited usage - available to book at reception from as little as £2.15 a day.

*Please note, Superfast Internet is currently unavailable at the following parks – Ashbourne Heights, Bowland Fell, Hedley Wood, Hengar Manor, Seaview Village, Silver Sands, Trevella and Turnberry.

Please check your email confirmation or the booking information via the Manage My Booking area - and if something is not quite right, or you have any questions about your booking, please feel free to contact us.

Look out for our emails

Our emails will include details of your holiday and the check-in process you need to follow before you arrive. It's really important we have the best email and mobile number for you to make sure we can keep you updated about your holiday.

Your arrival and check-in

We will phone you a few days before your arrival to confirm your check-in arrangements and to ensure that all members of your party are safe and well.

Check In

Access to your accommodation will be from 4pm onwards

Here’s what you can expect upon arrival:

  • Follow the signs at the entrance of the park
  • Hand sanitising stations are provided at the entrance of our reception area
  • We ask that only one person comes into reception to check-in
  • You will be shown where your accommodation is on our holiday park map
  • The key for your accommodation will be cleaned and sterilised and added to your welcome pack
  • Every accommodation is fully cleaned and sanitised before each stay.

Check out

After your well-deserved break, please vacate your accommodation by 10 am on the morning of your departure and leave the park by midday to prevent overcrowding.

If you wish to leave the night before or when the reception is closed - simply drop your keys in the drop box located by the main reception doors.

Your accommodation

You'll find a range of facilities in your accommodation - for more details, take a look at our accommodation guide.

Your accommodation will be fully serviced using our enhanced cleaning process, which will be completed between each stay. If anything isn’t quite right, you’ll still be able to speak with our guest services team.

We have a strict cleaning and hygiene policy in place. Guests will be assigned an accommodation that has been fully serviced, thoroughly cleaned, sanitised before arrival.
Please note housekeeping will not be available during your stay.

Keeping you safe

We have worked hard to ensure you feel safe and will contuinue to do so, even as lockdown restrictions have been lifted.

Your holiday plans protected

All bookings taken in 2021 are covered by our Coronavirus Peace of Mind Guarantee which means you are safe in the knowledge that you are covered if the Coronavirus Pandemic interrupts your plans, including:

  • Your holiday park is closed due to coronavirus.
  • UK government restrictions are placed on travel due to coronavirus.

With our guarantee, you can choose to:

  • Move your holiday to another date with no admin charge.
  • Put your plans on hold until you decide on a new date.
  • Cancel your holiday and request a refund.

If you or a member of your party have been told to self-isolate, or have any Covid-19 symptoms, you can choose to:

  • Move your holiday to another date with no admin charge.
  • Put your plans on hold until you decide on a new date.
  • You will have 12 months to select a new holiday.

You must advise us before 12 pm midday on the day before you are due to arrive if you are unable to travel due to Covid symptoms. We are unable to defer or amend any bookings after this date.

If you or a member of your party have been told to self-isolate, or have any Covid-19 symptoms, please let us know as soon as possible and DO NOT come on your holiday.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the latest time I can check in?


The latest time we will be able to check you in is 11 pm. To check in after reception has closed you would need to go through to the clubhouse where your welcome pack will be waiting for you. (Holiday guests at Suffolk Sands should use the clubhouse at Felixstowe Beach.) Arrivals after 11 pm may need to make special arrangements in advance. To do this please contact our Reservations Team on 0343 178 7070.

What do I need to bring with me on my holiday?


You will need your holiday confirmation letter, email or booking reference number.

You should also bring towels, tea towels, toilet roll and dishwashing materials such as washing-up liquid and cloths. Irons aren't always available so we recommend, if you require an iron, to bring your own. Forgotten something? Don't worry, as the majority of our parks have shops that stock the essentials for anything that you may have left behind.

Do you supply linen?


We provide fresh white hotel quality linen, duvets and pillows in all grades of holiday caravan, luxury lodge, apartment and glamping accommodation. Please note that this excludes camping pod breaks and bookings made through newspaper promotions where there is an additional charge for linen.

Do you supply towels?


No, you will need to bring your own towels and tea towels. However, guests who stay in our Luxury Lodges and Luxruy Cottages will have towels supplied.

Can I book again before I leave?


We have some fantastic book again offers, for either later in the year, or booking again for the following year. Ask at reception during check-out or call our Reservations Team on 0343 178 7070 for more information.

Can I extend my stay?


Yes, you can - we offer flexible arrival and departure days (subject to availability) so that you can make the most of your stay. Whether you want to arrive early to ‘beat the traffic’ or stay longer as you just don’t want to leave, we will do our best to accommodate your requests. What should I do if I have been told to self-isolate or start showing Covid-19 symptoms?


If you or a member of your party are showing Covid-19 symptoms or have been told to self-isolate, you MUST NOT take your holiday with us during your period of isolation and will need to contact us at the soonest possible time to discuss your options.
