Free 2026 Pitch Fees: Pitch fees are free for the 2026 season only on selected models. Pitch fees for the 2027 season are billed in advance in September 2026. A pitch reservation fee is payable in October 2026 at Park Holidays UK parks - this forms part of your 2027 pitch fees.

£500 Towards Running Costs: £500 credit will be placed on owner’s Loyalty Card at parks with food and beverage facilities. £500 credit will be placed on owner’s account at parks without food and beverage facilities.

Fixed Pitch Fees until 2028: Pitch fees for the 2026 and 2027 will be fixed at the current promotional rate for each season. 2026 pitch fee will be invoiced in September 2025 with a pitch reservation fee payable in October 2025. This forms part of your 2026 pitch fee. 2027 pitch fee will be invoiced in September 2026 with a pitch reservation fee payable in October 2026. This forms part of your 2027 pitch fee. Pitch fees for the 2028 season will be invoiced in September 2027 at the published rate for the forthcoming season. A pitch reservation fee is payable in October 2027, this forms part of your 2028 pitch fee. Ask at the Sales Office or see website for details. 

Extended Pitch Licence: Upgrade to a 2020 model or newer and benefit from an additional 5 years on your renewed pitch licence. Holiday homes will receive up to 25 years, Villa Collection models will receive up to 30 years and Lodges will receive up to 40 years. To be eligible for the extended pitch licence an owner must have owned their existing holiday home for 3 months or more. Some park exceptions may apply. Please check with your park for full details.

Free Broadband Transfer: If you already have Superfast Broadband installed in your existing holiday home, we will arrange transfer of the hardware and installation into the new upgrade model for free. ‘Standard Superfast’ package is included within pitch fees. The included ‘Standard Superfast’ package refers to download speeds of up to 30MBps and a download limit of 100GB per month. You can upgrade for an additional charge per month. The supplier’s ‘Park  Max’ package includes download speeds of up to 50MBps and unlimited data (subject to acceptable use terms.
