Terms and Conditions

Free Pitch Fees until 2028
Pitch fees are free for 2026 & 2027 season on selected holiday homes only. Fees for the 2028 season are billed in advance in September 2027. A pitch reservation fee is payable in October 2027 at applicable parks - this forms part of your 2028 pitch fees.
Free Gas & Electricity
This offer is available to new customers only and is valid on selected models for qualifying purchases made between 2 November 2026 and 1 March 2027. Gas and electricity costs will be covered up to the value of £500 for Park Holidays customers and £750 for Park Leisure customers with the credit being placed on the owner’s account on completion of the purchase. This offer is non-transferrable and has no cash value.
8.9% Finance Rate
8.9% APR representative is available for the purchasing of new and pre-owned holiday homes available at all Park Holidays and Park Leisure Parks.

3 year warranty:
A 3 year Manufacturer warranty is included on selected models only. This warranty is non-transferrable and void if the customer moves parks. Customers must register their white goods/appliances as instructed. A warranty period of 12 months is applicable to used holiday homes and is applied to the following items which must pass stringent safety tests before purchase: Oven and hob, water heater, central heating system (where applicable) and manufacturer-fitted gas or electric fire.
