Get an extra £500 off your holiday home
To qualify, you must attend a pre-booked park visit for a touring caravan or motorhome appraisal by 31 December 2026.
The £500 discount can be used against the purchase of a new or pre-owned caravan or lodge following the appraisal. One discount per purchase. No cash alternative. The offer cannot be transferred and may be withdrawn or amended at any time. Standard holiday home sales terms and conditions apply.
Pitch fees
Pitch fees are free for the 2026 and 2027 season, unless otherwise stated. 2028 to 2030 pitch fees are fixed at a discounted rate.
2028 pitch fees will be billed in September 2027, with a pitch reservation fee payable at applicable parks in October 2027 – this forms part of your 2028 pitch fee.
£500 towards your gas and electricity
If you choose this option, a £500 electricity and gas credit will be placed on your owner account.
Broadband transfer
Internet is provided by a third-party supplier. The included “Standard Superfast” package refers to download speeds of up to 30Mbps and a download limit of 100GB per month. You can upgrade for an additional charge per month. The supplier’s “Park Max” package includes download speeds of up to 50Mbps and unlimited data (subject to acceptable use terms). Installation charges have an RRP of £149 at the time of publishing.
