Pitch fees

What do pitch fees cover?
Your pitch fees cover the cost of the ground - or pitch - where your static caravan sits on our park, as well as:
- Landscaped ground maintenance
- Grass cutting and edging
- Refuse collection
- Street lighting
- Security gate and fob
- Park warden
- Standard Superfast broadband with VFAST
- Upkeep and access to facilities like swimming pools
- Owner benefits like our priority rewards card, family and friend discounts, VIP events and more.

How much are pitch fees?
The amount you pay for your pitch fees depends on your chosen park and available facilities, the size of your holiday home and the pitch you chose (such as sea-view pitches, or distance from on-park facilities).
- Standard holiday home pitch fees start from £3,245
- Lodge pitch fees start from £4,745
These fees can be paid in full each year and are billed late summer for the following year’s pitch, or can be paid by monthly direct debit.
