How it Works

1. Send your friends or family the link to our online referral form to fill in - or ask them to visit the Holiday Home Sales Office on your park.

2. We’ll invite the family or friends you recommend on a park visit for a no-obligation introduction to holiday home ownership.

3. For each referral that decides to buy, you can choose from -

Frozen Pitch Fees until 2028* or £1,000 Reward Card credit**

Plus, a special purchaser award for the new, referred owner of £500 Reward Credit in addition to any current promotional offers!

*Owner referral reward - for every referral that results in the purchase of a holiday home you will receive either a Rewards Card credit of £1,000 or frozen pitch fees for the 2025, 2026 and 2027 seasons. New Customer reward – on purchase completion, the new owner will receive a £500 Reward Credit plus free pitch fees for the 2024 and 2025 seasons. *Pitch fees are free for the 2024 and 2025 seasons only on selected models. Fees for the 2026 season are billed in advance in September 2025. A pitch reservation fee is payable in October 2025 at Park Holidays UK parks, this forms part of your 2026 pitch fees. Please ensure your friend or family notify the Sales Office that they have been referred by you before they complete their purchase. Reward will not be payable if purchaser is already known to Park Holidays UK from other sources. Referral payment will only be paid on full completion of sale. Offer runs from 1st June 2024 - 31st December 2024. Ask at your park Sales Office for further details.
