The amazing new Botanic from Prestige boasts 800 sq ft of internal space, 360 sq ft large outdoor sundeck area and two private parking bays in our gated section of Sandhills. 40 Years Pitch Licence agreement with this lodge. The largest lodge we have available for sale, finished to the highest standards throughout, this lodge comes fully furnished just as you see it in the photos! The kitchen has integrated appliances included - dishwasher, fridge freezer, mid level oven and grill and the island houses the hob with extractor along with bar stools so you can socialise whilst preparing that masterpiece for dinner. The entrance hall has plenty of storage space, coat and shoe racks and a washer/dryer. The master bedroom has an ensuite shower and w/c facility. The guest room has a bathroom opposite. Built to BS3632 Resi Specifications, you'll find it warm and comfortable at all times of our 11 month season. Please note, we are licenced for holiday and recreational use only - not a permanent residence. The lodge is situated on plot 102 which is a 2 minute walk to the Beach which is reached via a choice of two level pathways. It's a very quiet plot and you'll get plenty of afternoon sun on the decking whilst listening to the birds singing. At Sandhills, we can provide a managed letting service for those who wish to generate an income as well as enjoying a new leisure lifestyle. For example, just 6 weeks of letting can generate up to £10,500 net income (after management fees, cleaning, linen supply and laundry service, agent commission and VAT). It's totally optional and flexible, so you can keep it for yourselves and the family or set aside a as many weeks as you choose for letting. This lodge benefits from Free Pitch Fees for 2024 and 2025 meaning you have a great head start to earn a healthy income and/or reduced ownership lifestyle cost for the next few years. As a holiday home owner here, you can enjoy use of the heated outdoor swimming pool, fitness room and occasional owner entertainment events in our lounge bar. The park is relaxed and enjoys a friendly community atmosphere with like-minded people, escaping to their special bolthole and dining out at the local restaurants before or after a sunset walk along the beach.
