Your unique Unlock the Box code can be located on the promotional letter sent to your residential address. Alternatively, visit your sales office and ask a member of the sales team.

Terms & Conditions
The promotion will run from 7 September 2026 to 31 October 2026, or until the combination lock is successfully opened and the prize is claimed—whichever happens first. Each owner will be allocated one unique code per holiday home they own at a participating park. To enter, owners must complete a holiday home survey form. The holiday home must be appraised as part of the survey process to finalise eligibility for the offer. The owner who enters the winning combination will receive a prize equal to the value of their 2027 pitch fees, credited directly to their account. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered. If the prize is claimed before the closing date, parks may, at their discretion, choose to offer a second prize. If no winning code is entered by the closing date, the prize will be withdrawn. For further details, please speak to your park Sales Team.
