Get ready for your touring and camping holiday

The countdown to your holiday has begun, and we can’t wait to welcome you to our parks.

Ahead of your arrival, be sure to check your email confirmation or booking information via the ‘Manage my booking’ area. You can check that all your details are correct and choose from a range of optional extras to add to your booking.

Arrival and check-in

We’ll call you a few days before your arrival to confirm your check-in arrangements and answer any questions you may have.

You’re welcome to arrive from 9am to explore the park and make use of on-park facilities, like pools, restaurants and entertainment. Please have your booking details to hand on arrival, which are in your original booking confirmation.

Access to electric and non-electric pitches for tents and tourers is from 12pm, and camping or glamping pod accommodation is available from 4pm. Tents and touring caravans must be pitched and levelled by dusk.

If you plan to arrive after 11pm, please be sure to let the park reception know so they can discuss alternative arrangements for your key collection.

Shelter and bedding

Always check your tourer or pitch your tent before your trip to make sure nothing is missing.

If you're camping, don't forget your sleeping bags, floor mats, airbeds, liners and pumps.

If you're staying in a camping pod, you can hire linen (duvets and pillows with beds made up ahead of your arrival) for a small charge of £15, by calling our reservations team on 0343 178 7077.

Superfast internet

Travel cots and high chairs

Travel cots and high chairs are available for the duration of your stay at £15 each. Please note linen is not included.

Bedding for camping pods

Linen, duvets and pillows are not included in our camping pods as standard, but can be hired for £15 per pod and made up ahead of your arrival.

Extra person

Add an extra guest to your camping or touring break booking for £5 per person, per night.

Extra car or boat

Space for 1 car is included with your camping or touring booking, and additional cars or boats can be added fo £5 per vehicle, per night.

Awnings and kids tents

Add an extra tent for the little ones or a caravan awning to your touring booking for £5 extra per night.
