The countdown to your holiday has begun, and we can’t wait to welcome you to our parks.

Ahead of your arrival, be sure to check your email confirmation or booking information via the ‘Manage my booking’ area. You can check that all your details are correct, and choose from a range of optional extras to add to your booking.

Arrival and check-in

We’ll call you a few days before your arrival to confirm your check-in arrangements and answer any questions you may have.

You’re welcome to arrive from 9am to explore the park and make use of on-park facilities, like pools, restaurants and entertainment. Please have your booking details to hand on arrival, which are in your original booking confirmation.

Access to your accommodation is available from 4pm, unless you’ve booked an early check in.

If you plan to arrive after 11pm, please be sure to let the park reception know so they can discuss alternative arrangements for your key collection.

Travel cots and high chairs

Travel cots and high chairs are available for the duration of your stay at £15 each. Please note linen is not included.
