With 8 fishing spots ranging from 1.5 acre pools to 52 acre lakes, Chichester Lakes offers a challenge for all levels of angler.
Our lakes can be fished on 24-hour, 48-hour or 72-hour tickets, with week-long and season tickets also available.

The Nunnery
An elongated 1.5-acre pool with carp (up to 28lb), tench (up to 4lb), rudd, roach and perch. Suitable for beginner and intermediate anglers.
Deep
Offering day ticket fishing only, with bream (up to 8lb), tench (up to 9lb), roach, rudd and perch. Suitable for beginner and intermediate anglers.

Triangle
A 1.5 acre water with carp (up to 34lb), tench (up to 7lb) and pike (upo to 20lb). Day ticket fishing only.

Corpse
A 7 acre water with fishing on 2 banks, this lake is a good skill tester for intermediate carp anglers. A good night water.

East Lake
A larger water of 12 acres, suitable for intermediate anglers and populated with common carp (up to 14lb), bream and tench.

An intermediate water with fishing on 3 banks, populated with carp (up to 43lb) tench, pike (up to 36lb) and eel.

Peckham boating lake
A clear shallow lake with fishing from the bridal path and the main road bank. Holds a small head of carp (up to 25lb), pike, tench, silverfish and bream.

Non-fishing lakes
Ivy Lake is our water sports lake that does not offer fishing. New Lake is a nature reserve, and you may be prosecuted for attempting to fish here.
- Bookings should be made via the Go Catch app only — fishing bailiffs cannot take payments
- 24, 48 and 72-hour sessions operate from 9am to 8.30am, with a 30 minute gap to prevent cross-traffic
- Tickets are priced per lake and are not transferable between lakes
- Contact the Chichester Lakes reception office with your receipt for any queries.
