We were voted Best Company for UK Family Holidays, Best Company for UK Parks & Lodges Holidays, Best Company for UK Short Breaks, and Best Company for UK Holiday Home Rentals. The awards were announced at BTA’s prestigious ceremony at Grosvenor House Hotel in Mayfair, attended by leading figures from across the UK’s tourism and travel industries.

With almost half a million people taking part in the voting, the British Travel Awards are widely recognised as the most influential consumer-voted awards in the UK travel sector. We were thrilled and delighted to emerge as the overall winner in every category open to UK holiday park providers.

This is also the second year running that we’ve been honoured at the BTAs. For us, the awards underline the continually rising standards we strive to deliver across all our parks, making sure our guests enjoy unforgettable, high-quality holiday experiences.

Our Chief Marketing Officer, Brad May, paid tribute to the dedication of our park teams, whose commitment to customer care played a crucial role in achieving the four Gold awards. The news came shortly after we announced plans to make a substantial multi-million-pound investment across our portfolio of more than 50 parks in 2026.

With new swimming pools, leisure centres, spas, entertainment venues and restaurants on the way, Brad highlighted how these developments will elevate the experience for both guests and holiday home owners. He also described the BTA recognition as a strong vote of confidence from the public, showing we are strengthening our position as Britain’s leading provider of high-quality park stays.

"What makes these awards so important is that the winners were chosen by families and couples based on their own holiday experiences," said Brad.

"Customers are clearly enjoying the high standards that we strive to provide, and also the friendliness and hospitality they encounter at our parks.

"Delivering this aspect of our holidays is very much the role of our park teams, and so we give them a big thank-you for creating our uniquely welcoming atmosphere," said Brad.
