Welcome to Oaklands

Oaklands holiday park - peace and tranquility near the coast

Oaklands - a peaceful setting for your holiday home near the coast. Oaklands is ideal for those looking for a peaceful countryside setting yet within easy reach of both Colchester (with its great shopping) and the ever popular resort of Clacton on the Essex Coast.

The Park is surrounded by countryside and features an attractive and small lake as its centre piece. Fishing is available but limited - The lake is accessed via a floating pontoon and is unsuitable for those guests with mobility issues, Please remember to bring your fishing licence with you along with your rods and equipment. You will find that the lake is stocked with a variety of fish from Carp,Tench and Roach and guests must register at reception before using the lake. You don't have to be a fisherman to enjoy the lake as it's also an ideal spot to relax and take in the local wildlife.

Don't think that Oaklands is just about total relaxation as there is very friendly community of owners who get together most evenings in our club room, and enjoy the company of like-minded people with entertainment laid on most weekends and during the peak holiday season. For your country retreat near the coast we have plenty of choice for you, and with holiday homes from £8,995 it needn't cost a fortune. Come and see us to find out more! A warm welcome awaits.

We also offer a range of flexible finance packages to assist with your holiday home purchase, to find out more including details on holiday home running costs, view our Payment Options Guide
