Free pitch fees will apply for the 2022 season only. 2023 Pitch fees will be billed in September 2022 at the published rate for the forthcoming season with a pitch reservation fee payable in October 2022. No cash alternative is available.  **WI-FI INSTALLATION Superfast Wi-Fi internet is included in the pitch fee. If you have already paid the installation charge, then we will refund this to use as a deposit contribution towards your new holiday home. ^AN ADDITIONAL 5 YEARS ON YOUR RENEWED PITCH LICENCE Upgrade to any new caravan holiday home or lodge and you will benefit from an additional 5 years on your renewed pitch licence. That’s 25 years for a caravan and 35 years for a lodge! You must have owned your current holiday home for 3 months or more to be eligible for this offer. †£1,000 CASH DEPOSIT Only available to owners with no finance and equity in their current model to use as additional deposit. Spread the cost of ownership with affordable finance packages from just 8.9% APR.
