We need to offer our visitors a high level of service and we strive to get it right first time.
Providing good customer service is in the hands of hundreds of staff working at our parks. We devote a lot of care selecting the very best people for each job and training them to ensure they have the right skills to do that job to our exacting standards. It can mean hard work and long hours so we believe in trying to make it an enjoyable place to work.
We believe that job satisfaction leads to happy staff and that in turn leads to good customer service.

- Holiday Park General Managers
Support our excellent customer service at one of the parks, with full P&L account responsibility. Experience of running leisure focused operations required, though not necessarily holiday parks. - Holiday Sales
Help customers off to a fantastic start as they book their holidays - based in our Central Call Centre in Bexhill-on-Sea - Administration & Accounts
Opportunities for reception and administration staff are available at each park. - Bars, Catering, Lifeguards and Operatives
Help make sure our guests have a great time at our park - Grounds Staff & Park Maintenance
Enthusiastic team players needed that can do a range of tasks from cutting grass to help siting holiday homes. - Support roles
Based at our Head Office in Bexhill On Sea - Call Centre and Telemarketing
