What Park Holidays UK Owners Think!

Since the launch of our exclusive Owners Area last September we have had an amazing response with owners giving their feedback, sharing ideas and advice and offering suggestions on how to make their parks even better.

Below is a selection of the feedback our owners have provided over the last few months.

On Park Improvements

 "Just wanted to say how good the park looks this year. New road signs and speed advice and the grass all nicely cut. Some of the willows and other trees are a bit overgrown and straggly, but I understand that this is being taken care of. They say a new broom sweeps clean, so thanks Gareth. I have to say how good it is to see you around the site regularly, rolling your sleeves up and getting stuck in. Good on you!"

"Clubhouse almost unrecognisable from last year it looks great, more tables and better seating, havn't tried the restaurant yet but will give it a go very soon"

“Just a quick note to say how much we enjoyed the owners party on Saturday at Marlie Farm. Thanks to Gareth and his team for laying out a wonderful time, and what a Buffet!! I have to say it was one of the best buffet's I have ever seen, and had a great selection of food.

"Just to say we had a fantastic time at the Owners Party on Saturday 13th November.  The Club was decorated beautifully for Christmas.  We had champagne and hot chocolate with marshmallow on top on arrival and my daughter loved the snow machine!!!!  The group was good and so was the female entertainer later on.  Loopy was dressed in his Santa's outfit and Santa came to give the children a present later. 

Thanks once again for all the effort and time put in by the staff for making this an enjoyable weekend!"

On Food & Drink

On Sunday, we tried for the first time, the food in the restaurant at St Osyth Beach. The restaurant was empty when we arrived (probably due to the hot weather), but the service was excellent and the food was well presented and very hot. We would recommend the curries and the Chicken New Yorker. The kids menu is really good - Our daughter really enjoyed the bucket of seafood and profiteroles. Worth a visit if you haven't already done so.
