Park Homes & Lodges - Extra Space & Comfort
Our park homes and lodges offer extra space and the very best in design and interior decor. Available at select locations amongst the Park Holidays UK estate - they are ideal for year round use including the winter months.
Buying a park home on a holiday park with an extended season of between 10 and 11.5 months allows you to get most of the benefits of park home living, at a fraction of the price of a residential park or conventional housing.
Enjoy spacious open plan lounges, stylish designer kitchens and two or three bedrooms, often with en- suite bathrooms. Architect designed elevations so that your home will look as good from the outside as it does on the inside. With full gas fired central heating and uPVC double glazed windows, your lodge or park home will be warm and cosy all year round.
With prices from around only £89,000 the cost of a luxurious lifestyle may be a lot less than you think.
Please note that -
Our parks are holiday parks not residential parks. You can not live permanently on a holiday park.
The park home / lodge can not be your main residence
You can not use the park address on the electoral register
You do not need to pay council tax - we include the equivalent local authority rates in your pitch fee
You can not run a business from your holiday home
You can not receive post at the park - we need an alternative addess for us to send you post.
Other than these details - you are free to stay on most of our parks as much as you like during the season. Note our Golden Sands & Peppermint parks in Devon have a restriction of a 28 day maximum length of each stay.
