Waterside Holiday Park is situated in Paignton on the South Devon coast. It enjoys the climate and attractions that have made this area the ‘English Riviera’. And with great facilities, top class family entertainment and some of the best views imaginable – you are assured of a Devon caravan holiday to remember!
Directions
From Exeter you have a choice of routes...
- ROUTE 1 – Take the A380 from Exeter to Torquay, turning right on to the Ring Road (A380) at the roundabout outside Torquay, following the caravan and camping signs, stay on the A380 heading for Brixham. Turn left onto the A379 at Churston traffic lights. Head for Paignton and Torquay. After ½ a mile the road becomes a dual carriageway. Take the first exit right then first left which brings you onto the park. (This route avoids the town centre, often congested on Saturdays).
- ROUTE 2 – Take the A380 from Exeter to Torquay and Paignton. From Paignton take the A379 Dartmouth Road to Brixham. The Park is approximately two miles on the left hand side at Goodrington past the shops. Proceed on the dual carriageway up the hill, take the first turning left, then left again into the Park.

Riviera Bay - Devon
Riviera Bay Holiday Park has an idyllic setting overlooking a sheltered cove and across the bay along Devon’s famous coastline. Some of the best facilities in the area plus top class entertainment – Riviera Bay offers a great family holiday experience.
Directions
- From the North, Follow the M5 to the end; this then becomes the A380 which leads onto the A3022 follow the signs for Brixham.
- When nearing Brixham you will see signs for Berry Head, Riviera Bay is just before you actually get onto Berry Head itself, (continuing on you would pass our sister park Landscove Holiday Park)
- Journey time from the end of the M5 is approximately 1 hour depending on traffic and time of day.

Golden Sands - Devon
Golden Sands Holiday Park is Park Holidays UK’s most recent acquisition at Dawlish Warren in South Devon. With well re-known family entertainment, great facilities and a rural setting yet close to the famous beach – it’s a great location for your Devon holiday! Directions
By Car:
- Leave the M5 at junction 30 and take the A379 to Dawlish.
- Drive through Starcross and continue on the A379 for about 2 miles. The Park is signposted to the left of the road 1 mile before Dawlish.
- Go about 200 yards down Week Lane and the entrance is on the left.
By Train:
- Do not book to Dawlish Warren but to DAWLISH where there are taxis and a bus service to the Park.

Landscove - Devon

Dawlish Sands - Devon
Dawlish Sands is perfectly situated at the heart of Dawlish Warren, a short stroll from one of Devon’s finest beaches. With great facilities and entertainment – plus use of our neighbouring Golden Sands and Peppermint Parks – its three parks in one at Dawlish Sands!
Directions
- Only 10 miles from the M5 leave the motorway at junction 30 and follow the A379 towards Dawlish.
- After Starcross, at Cockwood Harbour, turn left over the bridge and left again through the village signed to Dawlish Warren.
- Dawlish Sands Holiday Park is 1 mile further along the road, on the left as you enter Dawlish Warren

Directions
By Car:
- From most parts of the Country, take the M5 motorway to junction 30 at Exeter.
- Follow directions for Dawlish on the A379 which will take you through the villages of Kenton and Starcross. Continue on the A379 until you reach the edge of Dawlish, at which point you will see Dawlish Warren signposted to the left, just before Marine Garage; a Texaco service station.
- Follow the road into Dawlish Warren, past the Mount Pleasant Inn and down a steep hill. At the bottom of the hill, follow the road around to the left and continue past Gerald’s Supermarket. You will then see the entrance to Peppermint Park on the left-hand side.
By Train:
