We were happy with our caravan. It was modern and had a good lay out. However, there was no management of guests behaviour or noise levels at the park. After a difficult night - no sleep due to several people smoking and drinking outside the adjacent caravan until the early hours. Staff advised us to call the police if it happened again. We slept in the lounge area of the caravan each night because of this continued behaviour.

Lovely stay. Very good children’s entertainment. Lovely big pool with very good lifeguards. Short walk to lovely sandy beach shops and cafès. Lovely walks and cycle routes. Enjoyed our stay.

We stayed in an 8 berth extra wide, silver plus caravan for 4 nights. It was lovely and clean, modern, spacious and exceeded our expectations. My children aged 4, 7, 10 said it was 'fantastic'. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday.
The reception staff were friendly and helpful.
We would all like to come back again!

nothing for grandparent's to do, but spend money on limited things for children.
door width in static really narrow for me with walking disability.
and I've never owned a gas fire & only with the help of a neighbour got it to light on two cold evenings.
I did ask for help but no staff came & I was 2 minutes away from office.
only when I booked out a day early ? the staff said they will come now. already packed & had enough Sorry
made other plans to keep warm.

I found the clubhouse very hard to manoeuvre with a pushchair. The tables were too close together to be comfortable.
The travel cot that I paid £12 to hire I couldn't use as it was mouldy.

4 bed caravan (sleeps 10) only had 4 chairs and one parking space. Tills in the club need updating it was quite a chore trying to order for 8 on the meal deal. Staff were all very good.

The caravan was way better than I have been in before. All mod con's with usb outlets on sockets for charging mobile devices, and large walk in wardrobe for storage.
The Dawlish Sands park was clean and all staff friendly at all times.
The only issue for me was that in the half board option that I went for didn't offer drinks for the kids breakfasts so has to buy them.
The sausages were edible but a tad mushy.
Other than those small things, excellent.
My girls and I had a great time in a great location on a great park.
Good job

The park was great, swimming pool nice and warm.
The negatives there had been lots of rain and the park was very muddy and we asked if they could brush it away from the door, after a day we brought are own brush to do this. Also lots of things missing including cutlery, glasses, bottle opener, tin opener, oven trays, colander. Some items were replaced but they never sent anyone in to check what was missing, should not be my job. After all o paid for an upgrade

Service was lovely. People were friendly and polite. Outside of our caravan on the hard forecourt was flooded and extremely muddy. I know this was due to the weather but we felt it could have been cleared as other caravans were not the same as ours.

I love park holidays we go most years with them.
We decided to book food ahead of our journey this time, some of out vouchers got lost, the staff didn’t know how to use them or what were allowed on them.
Our last evening there and a man forgot his name I apologise let us know we were allowed our pudding with our meal. I’d been paying separate for mine our whole stay..
If I didn’t have the money I would be more annoyed.
The caravan park was flooded and boggy.
The only thing I would say about that is the path didn’t meet our step to the caravan so we had about a metre of mud which we were trying to use cardboard so we didn’t have to step in it but that didn’t help much so we were covered in mud the whole time we were there.
If only the path met the steps we could have stayed quiet clean.
Amazing time here I do love park holidays.
Things are not always going to be perfect and even with these minor complaints I’m still going to book with Park holidays again next year.
Thanks guys
