*Savings and offer value will vary by customer based on combination of offers, deposit amount and purchase price of holiday home. Saving used is based upon a combination of the following 3 offers: 1: Customers contributes £2,000 deposit towards their Park Holidays UK holiday home and we will match the £2,000 by way of a reduction from the purchase price. **2: L.I.P.S (Letting Income Payment Scheme) The customer agrees to sublet their holiday home to Park Holidays UK for a term equivalent to 3 or 6 peak weeks between 23rd July and 3rd September 2011.With the 6 week plan, the owner may exchange up to 2 of those peak weeks for a minimum of 3 other weeks, per peak week commencing and between Saturday 22nd April 2011 and Saturday 22nd October 2011. In return and as part of the L.I.P.S. Park Holidays UK will credit the new owner account, upon purchase completion a: for the 3 week letting scheme a value equal to 25% of your 2011 pitch fees or £750 whichever is greater and for the 6 week letting plan 50% of your 2011 Pitch Fee or £1,500 whichever is greater. †3: Assumes the reimbursement of three monthly finance payments at £400 each, total repaid £1,200.
