Beer and Real Ale lovers gearing up for Canterbury CAMRA festival

Beer and Real Ale lovers in Kent have already began to clear their diaries for the eagerly anticipated Campaign for Real Ale (CAMRA) Beer Festival 2012 this summer.

The three day event will take place at Merton Farm off Nackington Lane, near Canterbury from 19 – 21 July and is the second oldest CAMRA beer festival in England.

Twenty two Kent breweries group together under a huge barn to give the festival its trademark, traditional appeal. Entertainment is provided, with a variety of local bands serenading the crowd throughout the day and night adds to an atmosphere tourists from around the country wish to sample.

A beer list is provided on arrival, which features some fifty separate beers and ciders for festival goers to sample. Why not check out this traditional Kentish festival and combine it with a stay in one of the fabulous holiday parks available around the area, the perfect addition to your Great British holiday?
